Dental Staff

Dr. Daniel Richards has been providing quality dental care to the Vestavia Hills community since 2000. He earned his dental degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. Since graduating, Dr. Richards has stayed current in the field through continuing education courses and seminars. He is skilled in all areas of general dentistry and is prepared to meet your dental needs for optimal oral health. Dr. Richards loves dentistry and appreciates the opportunity he has to improve the smiles of his patients. As a native of Birmingham, Dr. Richards is pleased to again live in the area and offer dental services to the place he calls home.

Tonya has been in the dental field since 2003 and a hygienist since 2009. She is described as warm and cheerful. She and Dr. Richards have been married since 2010 and have one daughter. Outside the office, Tonya and Dr. Richards enjoy Alabama Football and spending time with their young daughter.

Sumer has been in the dental field since 2000, and she has practiced dental hygiene since 2003. Sumer is a native of Wetumpka, Alabama, but now lives in Hoover with her husband, Eric, and their son. She is described as organized, friendly, and professional. Outside the office, Sumer enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and watching Alabama Football.
